Campaign management software

Software that batch-handles the operational steps of a creator campaign (briefing, contracting, approval, deliverable tracking, and attribution) so a wave of creators can be managed without collapse.

Campaign management software is the workflow layer of an influencer marketing platform: it structures the operational steps of a campaign into a repeatable workflow rather than a per-creator scramble.

Why it matters

The bottleneck that caps most influencer programs at a handful of creators is not creative direction, it is operational cost. Briefing forty creators, chasing approvals, reconciling attribution per creator, and processing payments is a full-time job multiplied. Without software that batch-handles those steps, the program collapses at the scale where it would start to pay off. The teams that run forty-creator campaigns do not have more creative direction than the teams that cap at eight. They have better infrastructure. See the scaling micro-influencer programs use case.

How Infmap handles this

Infmap's four-phase deal workflow (discovery, negotiation, contract, delivery, with mutual approval at each step) is the campaign management layer. Each deal is a discrete unit with its own brief, contract, deliverables, attribution record, and payment state, so a campaign is a collection of deals rather than a folder of emails. A coordinator can run a 20-creator wave for one client and a 12-creator wave for another in the same week without confusing the two. For agencies, see how agencies use Infmap.

Example

An agency runs 72 deals across 6 clients in a quarter. In the per-client spreadsheet stack, the coordinator spends 60% of the week on context-switching and admin. On Infmap, the same 72 deals run in 6 workspaces inside one platform with one workflow and one wallet. The admin time drops to 20% of the week, and the freed 40% goes to a seventh client.
