A tool that surfaces and filters creators by audience demographics, topical relevance, engagement, and audience-quality signals — rather than by follower count alone.

The signal a discovery tool exposes determines the quality of the shortlist. Tools that rank only by follower count produce generic candidates; tools that expose audience demographics, topical relevance, average views, watch-through, and audience-overlap produce high-fit creators that convert better at lower cost.
