Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.

Is there a free trial?

The Influencer Premium AI thumbnail creator and Advanced insights dashboard are included during the 14-day free trial. They remain available while the Premium entitlement is active; the reduced 1% withdrawal fee starts only after a successful Premium payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Subscriptions can be paid by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank debit, or SEPA Direct Debit through Stripe, depending on availability. You can also use eligible Infmap wallet funds and credits.

How do withdrawal fees work?

Withdrawal fees are only applied when you transfer funds out of the platform. Standard users pay 3%, while Premium users enjoy a reduced rate of 1%. A per-country payout fee is also applied as a pass-through cost (reimbursing the real Stripe payout cost).
