• Conducting direct payments outside of Infmap

• Sharing personal payment information to bypass platform fees

• Encouraging others to make payments outside the platform

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

The following brand categories are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Alcoholic beverages and related products

• Gambling services and platforms

• Sports betting and gaming

• Traditional banking institutions and predatory lending

• Adult content and services

• Illegal substances or paraphernalia

• Fraudulent or misleading services

Infmap reserves the right to determine what constitutes unethical business practices and may expand this list at any time.

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

• Respecting intellectual property rights

Infmap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Failure to maintain account verification requirements

Terminated users forfeit access to all platform features and any pending transactions may be subject to review.

Users retain ownership of their original content but grant Infmap a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute content for platform operations and marketing purposes. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others and may not use copyrighted material without proper authorization.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
